By engaging Newlead Digital for any service, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions, contact us at hello@newleaddigital.com.au before proceeding.

Services

Newlead Digital provides web design, local SEO, and digital marketing services for allied health clinics. The specific deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are outlined in your project proposal or package selection. By proceeding with a project, you agree to these terms.

Payment

Payment is due according to the schedule agreed at project kickoff (full payment, 2-payment, or 3-payment plan). Projects will not proceed to the next phase until the corresponding payment is received. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

Project Timeline

Our standard project timeline is 4 weeks from kickoff to launch. This timeline assumes timely responses from the client — specifically, content review feedback provided within 3 business days of delivery. Delays caused by late client responses may extend the timeline, for which Newlead Digital is not responsible.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your clinic, respond to review requests within 3 business days, provide any required assets (logo, photos) within 5 business days of kickoff, and ensure all content provided to us complies with AHPRA advertising guidelines and applicable Australian law.

The 90-Day Guarantee

The 90-day enquiry guarantee applies to Revenue Ready and Launch Accelerator packages. If your website does not generate at least 10 new patient enquiries within 90 days of launch, we will continue working on your site at no additional charge until the threshold is met. "Enquiry" means a phone call, form submission, or online booking attributable to your website. The guarantee requires that your Google Business Profile remains active, your site remains live, and you do not make unauthorised changes to the site.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment, you own all rights to the website design, copy, and code we create for you. We retain the right to display your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licences.

Monthly Plans

Monthly growth plans are billed monthly in advance. Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. No refunds are issued for the current billing period upon cancellation. Newlead Digital reserves the right to adjust monthly plan pricing with 60 days notice.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the total fees paid for the relevant project or service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including lost revenue or lost patients. We make no guarantee of specific search engine rankings, as these are determined by third-party algorithms outside our control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
